Howard 13th Grade

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Often, when students are finished with High School, they don’t have anyone to help them with the transition to college.

But the Alumni Association at Howard has an answer for that problem.

It’s a program called the 13th Grade.
