Human Remains found near a Sequatchie mine shaft

Human remains have been found near an abandoned mine shaft in Sequatchie County.

The sheriff says a resident made the discovery yesterday, in a remote area near highway 108.

It’s near the Grundy, Sequatchie and Marion county Line.

Grundy and Marion county authorities have been looking for a missing man — Josh Day — for three weeks.
