Human Trafficking Conference Held at Chattanooga State Community College

Chatt State is hosting a 2 day conference on the dangers of human trafficking in the state of Tennessee.

The conference is called Human Trafficking: The Invisible Slavery, and is free and open to the public.

According to a press release, participants will learn how to identify human traffickers and their victims.

They’ll also learn when and how to report a tip.

Human trafficking is considered to be the 2nd fastest growing criminal industry in Tennessee.

The last day for the conference will be Saturday, October 27th.
