Humane Educational Society’s Second Chance Thrift Store Extends it Hours

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Humane Educational Society’s Second Chance Thrift store announced it will extend its hours to better serve its customers and to raise more funds for animals in need.

The new operating hours take effect Tuesday, April 12th.

The new store hours are Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. through 6 p.m., Friday-Saturday 10 a.m. through 7 p.m., and Sunday from 12 noon through 5 p.m.

Donations will also be accepted during these times.

Second Chance Thrift Store accepts tax-deductible donations of clothing and shoes in any condition, housewares, furniture, books and other items.

Net proceeds provide financial support to treat special needs animals, enhance the HES spay and neuter program, and fund community outreach programs.
