81-year-old Slingshot Suspect Arrested
An 81-year-old man has been arrested in connection to slingshot incidents in a California neighborhood. Investigators suspect that a “serial slingshot shooter” has been active in the area for about a decade. During a search, officers found a slingshot and ball bearings in the elderly man’s home. Fortunately, no one has been injured in these slingshot incidents, and the man is suspected mainly of breaking windows and windshields. “We’re not aware of any kind of motive other than just malicious mischief,” Lt. Jake Bushey of Azusa police said. (The Guardian)
