9-Year-Old Boy Wins Seagull Screeching Contest

9-year-old English boy Cooper Wallace won the juvenile category of the European Championship Gull Screeching contest. Wallace showed off his realistic seagull cry while wearing full seagull regalia.

Wallace first began imitating seagulls after he was bitten by one while eating at the beach.

“I just wanted to make the noise to remember I got pecked by one,” Wallace said. When he visits the beach, he now eats in a tent to prevent seagull theft.

Despite the incident, the boy says he likes seagulls and has a deep respect for them. Wallace won 92 points out of 100. (UPI)
