Flights In Japan Delayed And Canceled Over Lost Pair Of Scissors

Three dozen flights were delayed and 201 were delayed at a Japanese airport after a pair of scissors went missing from a store near the boarding gates. For two hours over the weekend, security checks at Hokkaido’s New Chitose Airport domestic terminal were suspended, leaving hundreds of travelers temporarily stranded. Although the scissors weren’t located the day they went missing, security checks and flights eventually resumed. (MSN)
