Hero Boy Saves Parents After Devastating Tornado Crash

An Oklahoma couple was saved by their own nine-year-old son after a tornado threw their vehicle into trees. Branson Baker managed to get out of the truck after the incident and ran over a mile in the dark to get help from a neighbor. “The only way he found his way back was with lightning strikes that lit the road. He ran as fast as he could, as hard as he could, he made a mile in 10 minutes,” Johnny Baker, the boy’s uncle, said. His parents are both suffering extensive injuries and are recovering in the ICU. Family and friends have raised over $10,000 for their medical expenses. (CBS News)
