Hospital Tells Woman She Died Four Months Ago

Susan Johnson visited Bridlington Hospital in England for a scan in March 2023, only to be told that she had died four months ago.

“I gave them my letter, and their first words were, ‘Ooh, you’re dead.’ I said, ‘pardon?’” the 62-year-old said.

Fortunately, the error was quickly fixed, but Johnson said the experience left her “shaking like a leaf.”

“I need to find out why it happened, how and by whom,” she said. (Business Insider)
