Las Vegas DUI Committee Director Charged With DUI

Linsey LaMontagne, director of Clark County’s Criminal Justice Coordinating Council that addresses DUI delays, faces her own DUI charge after an April 27th arrest by Nevada State Police. A caller reported LaMontagne was “swerving [terribly]” and “had driven off the road approximately five times” while traveling from downtown Las Vegas. LaMontagne told the trooper she was a county employee who had “two [shots] of Tito’s vodka while downtown [at a casino]” and said he “ruined her life” during arrest. Her first court appearance was delayed until late August due to blood testing backlogs. LaMontagne pleaded not guilty to DUI and reckless driving charges on August 26th. (Story URL)
