Restaurant Posts Photo Of Customer Credit Card Online
A North Carolina woman might be on the hook for $2000 after a restaurant she visited reportedly posted photos of her credit card online. Rhonda Deaver left her card at Smith’s Cafe last week, but by the time she realized, someone at the restaurant had posted pictures to a Facebook group. “I couldn’t believe that they did that, but I might be responsible for all those charges,” Deaver said. Over $2000 worth in charges were made before she closed the account. The owner of the cafe has not yet commented on the situation. (WRAL)
