Indictment for meth overdose in Crossville

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – The TBI announces an indictment in the case of a drug overdose last summer in the Crossville area.

22- year old Madison Christine Brown died from a meth overdose in June.

Now a Cumberland County Grand Jury has indicted Mark Brown with Second Degree Murder and drug trafficking.

Investigators say he provided the meth to the victim.

He was taken into custody on Thursday.
