CPD arrested 18-year-old Courtyus Fletcher and an unidentified 17-year-old male.

Authorities said that on April 9, officers responded to a call of several vehicle break-ins in the UPS parking lot on Founders Way. Police found 14 vehicles broken into and one stolen from the parking lot.

Detectives reviewed video of the incident, which they said showed the two suspects committing the crimes. They added that the suspects drove a stolen Kia Optima onto the UPS lot before breaking into other vehicles.

Officers said they then stole a Ford F-150. The suspects later dropped off the stolen Ford on Glass Street, according to CPD.

Police said the two stole a Dodge Charger on Hickory Valley Road as well.

In addition, an Instagram video showed the two suspects in the stolen Dodge Charger. Police said in this video, the suspects were wearing the same clothes they were wearing in the surveillance video of the crimes.

Detectives arrested Fletcher on May 5 and booked him into the Hamilton County Jail. They also filed a juvenile petition for the 17-year-old.

CPD said it is still investigating the incident.
