Jasper business burns in overnight fire
JASPER, Tennessee (WDEF) Collins Building Materials in Jasper, Tennessee lost a storage building to a fire overnight.
It happened after midnight at Collins complex at 6570 US-41, near the Shop Rite in downtown Jasper.
Witnesses say the main storefront seemed to be spared but several buildings behind it were lost to the flames.
Fire officials have not released a possible cause at this point.
The business is closed today and at least three blocks of highway 41 is shutdown Monday morning as a result.
