Karina Bystry Scores 27 Points to Send McMinn Central to State Finals

Murfreesboro, TN-(WDEF-TV) Karina Bystry scored 27 points to lift McMinn Central to a 58-50 win Friday over Gibson Co in the semifinals of the Blue Cross state championships. The Chargerettes continue to make their opponents pay at the foul line in the state tournament. They buried 20 of 25 free throws against Gibson Co. McMinn Central will face Westview for the 2A state title on Saturday at 7:30pm.
