Kentucky Dropping Charges Against Benjamin Brewer

Lexington, KY (WDEF) – Prosecutors in Kentucky have dropped their charges against the truck driver charged with causing the I 75 crash that killed six people in June.

The move clears the way for Benjamin Brewer to be extradited to Hamilton County.

The County’s Fugitive Division will now head up to Kentucky to pick him up.

Brewer was charged with drug possession when local police found him on the Chattanooga charges.
