Lafayette’s “Amazing Christmas Light Show” down until Thursday

LAFAYETTE, Ga. (WDEF) — The City of Lafayette is having technical issues with their “Amazing Christmas Light Show.”

The city posted to social media on Monday that the lights were temporarily out of order.

Crews attempted to make the needed repairs and identified the issue, but they need a special part that had to be ordered.

Late Monday, the city said the light show would be down for at least a few more days.

They estimate that the light show will be back to working on Thursday evening.

However, they will continue to make updates via Facebook on their progress.
