Law enforcement looking for suspect in shooting of five near Sweetwater
SWEETWATER, Tennessee (WDEF) – East Tennessee authorities are looking for help in the shooting of five people yesterday near Sweetwater.
The Monroe County Sheriff says a suspect was driving a white 2014 Nissan sedan with Tennessee plates (Tag: BCC6220).
He also asks people in the Hawkins Road area to check their security cameras.
Authorities are withholding some details of the shooting.
But we know one victim did die and one of the injured people was a child.
Investigators have arrested one suspect, but are still looking for another Hispanic man, 26 year old Liu Gabriel Huerta.
He has facial tattoos, including a heart between the eyebrows.
