Lee University’s Beck Burnette Leads Round One of Chattanooga Choo Choo Invitational

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) Some of the top college golfers in the country teed it up at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Invitational on Monday at Council Fire. Lee University’s Beck Burnette was certainly on fire. He carded an 8-under 64 to grab a two shot lead after the first round. Defending champ Tyler Johnson of the University of Tennessee stumbled a bit with an opening round 74. John Daly II of Arkansas is also playing. He shot a 6-over 78.
