Little Coyote takes over St. Elmo restaurant scene

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A recent addition to the Chattanooga restaurant scene is making waves on St. Elmo.
Little Coyote opened in 2023 and offers a variety of delicious meats and crafted cocktails.
The restaurant brings Texan-inspired dishes to the Scenic City.
They dub their menu as “Texas BBQ Chattanooga” with smoked meats and house-made tortillas being the heart of the menu.
The BBQ is accompanied by small plates, side dishes, a selection of moles and condiments… And you can’t forget their agave spirit-centric bar.
Besides options for meat-lovers, they have an inclusive menu for those with gluten allergies.
