Chattanooga police were called to the scene of an early morning shooting incident.
Police responded to a victim shot in the 4100 block of Wilkesview Drive around 1:50AM.
No further information has been released.

Later today, Hamilton County School Board Attorney Scott Bennett will update the board on contract negotiations for Superintendent Rick Smith.
Following the Ooltewah rape case, Smith proposed a contract buyout.
Smith testified Monday in a preliminary hearing in connection to the case.
School Board Members will soon decide whether to let Smith finish his term, buy him out or fire him.

Organizers say the F-B-C is a new type of zoning designed to promote vibrant, quality, mixed use development that supports neighborhood character and livability.
The new zoning tool is for neighborhoods in the downtown, M.L. King, Southside and Northshore areas.
Today’s event runs from 8:30AM-5:30PM.
