sell them one ounce of methamphetamine.

When the informants showed up to Dooley’s residence, he climbed in the back seat with a stainless steel tumbler.

Informants pulled onto State Route 48, where they were met with deputy commander, Brian Tucker.

The Lookout Mountain District Attorney’s Office reported that Dooley frantically tried to hide the tumbler.

Officials found over 75 grams of methamphetamine in Dooley’s tumbler.

August 20, 2024, a Chattooga County jury found Dooley guilty on one county of trafficking in methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

After the verdict, Dooley was sentenced to 30 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
