Lookouts Use 7-Run 7th Inning Rally to Beat Tennessee 8-7
Chattanooga-(WDEF) The Chattanooga Lookouts scored seven runs in the bottom of the seventh to beat Tennessee 8-7. Trailing 7-1, Chattanooga loaded the bases when Heiker Meneses was hit by a pitch. That scored a run to make it 7-2. Next batter was Max Kepler. He hit a double to left-center to score three runs. That made it 7-5. Kennys Vargas stepped in the batter’s box and hit a single to center to score Kepler. That made it 7-6. Then Adam Brett Walker gave Chattanooga the lead with a 2-run homer over the scoreboard in left. It was his 26th homer of the year to lead all of minor league baseball. Chattanooga’s seven run rally gave them an 8-7 win over the Smokies.
