Man accused of sexual assault in health care facility

An employee of a Whitfield county health care facility stands accused of sexually assaulting a person inside the facility.

Patrick Collins Nix, 27, was arrested Saturday and charged with one count of sexual assault by an employee of a health care facility.

He is currently being held without bond until he goes before a Whitfield County judge Monday afternoon.

Authorities have yet to say which health care facility the alleged attack took place.
