Man arrested in Collegedale for solicitation of a minor

COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. (WDEF) —  A man has been arrested in Collegedale for solicitation of a minor.

On May 20, 2025, around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to 8959 Old Lee Highway (Chick-fil-A) on reports of suspicious activity.

Upon arrival, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle who was attempting to leave the scene.

An employee was able to point out that the vehicle belonged to the suspect to officers.

The driver, later identified as 29-year-old Bradley Zach Wolchuk, appeared visibly nervous, and was attempting to delete content from his phone during the stop.

According to the Collegedale Police Department (CPD), Wolchuk admitted to having engaged in sexually explicit communication with a 17-year-old male he met earlier that day.

Wolchuk told officers he offered the juvenile a tattoo for sexual favors.

The 17-year-old and the manager at the establishment contacted authorities immediately after Wolchuk returned to the location.

Wolchuk was arrested and taken to the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center.

He is being charged with the following:

  • Solicitation of a Minor
  • Trafficking for a Commercial Sex Act
  • Trafficking for a Commercial Sex Act
