Man killed while trying to cross Highway 27 in Chattanooga
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police say a man was killed Friday night after he tried to cross Highway 27 Northbound, near the Main Street exit.
He was hit by a single vehicle and died from his injuries on the scene.
It happened around 8:30pm Friday night.
Police don’t know why he was trying to cross the highway.
His name has not been released, pending notification of next of kin.
