Mapco robbery on North Hickory Valley Road

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – At approximately 3:20 this morning, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a robbery in progress at The Mapco, located at 8604 North Hickory Valley Road. After units arrived on the scene within minutes, the suspect exited the store and after a short foot pursuit was taken into custody.

HSCO Criminal Investigation Detectives are handling the investigation, with more information forthcoming.
