Marion County murder suspect arrested in Scottsboro

SCOTTSBORO, Alabama (WDEF) – The suspect in a Sunday night homicide in Marion County has been captured in Alabama.

Marion County officials say two men got into a fight at a home Sunday evening.

The suspect was arrested Monday in Scottsboro, Alabama in a stolen vehicle.

Police says they found 14 grams of meth, spice and pills in the vehicle driven by Jarrod Dejuan Pickett from Bridgeport.

They also found he was wanted for the homicide in Marion County.

The charges he faces in Alabama are:
