Marshals arrest Human Trafficker suspect in Red Bank

RED BANK, Tennessee (WDEF) – Federal and local agents arrested a suspected sexual predator from Memphis in Red Bank on Thursday.

U. S. Marshals, Chattanooga and Hamilton County fugitive teams captured Lawann Demetrius Scott in the 3500 block of Dayton Boulevard.

He was wanted on a variety of sexual exploitation charges:

— Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

— (7) Counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

— (10) Counts of Soliciting Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means

— Statutory Rape by Authority Figure

— Aggravated Statutory Rape

— Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child

Scott is from Chattanooga and has had previous arrests here, including a home invasion seven years ago.

He was also charged with non support here in Hamilton County on Thursday.
