Massage therapist charged with Criminal Surveillance

FORT PAYNE, Alabama (WDEF) – Fort Payne Police have charged a man with Aggravated Criminal Surveillance.

35 year old Brian Talmadge Johnson of Gadsden was arrested Monday.

Chief Randy Bynum says the case involves his job as a massage therapist at a Fort Payne business.

But he is not releasing any further details on what happened.
