Middle and East Tennessee Endangered Child Alert issued
Winchester, TN (WDEF) – A Middle and East Tennessee Child Endangered Alert is being issued for the Winchester Police Department for 7 year- old Philip Izaah Whitten.
The child was taken by his non–custodial father Philip Eugene Roberts from a residence in Winchester, Tennessee at approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 17, 2015.
Philip Izaah Whitten is a white male, 4’01” tall, weighs 60 lbs and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He has a birthmark on his right inner elbow and a burn mark on the left side of his neck.
They may be traveling in an older model Silver Dodge Stratus with Auburn stickers on it and may be en route to Indiana.
Phillip Roberts has a violent criminal history and is wanted by the Winchester Police Department for custodial interference.
