Mocs leading scorer Casey Jones went down with an ankle injury one day before the Mocs road trip to Dayton. But Chattanooga hasn’t missed a beat.
After upsetting the Flyers, UTC has posted three more wins without Jones
While the team waits on Jones to return, head coach Matt McCall believes the Mocs have the necessary depth to carry on.
"Since he has been down, I think our assists numbers have gone up a little bit more. The ball is moving. Guys are playing unselfish. I want to get him back as fast as possible because there’s no question he will really, really help our team. That was my biggest concern when he went down. Is can we make up the job that he does rebounding the ball."
UTC will take off a few days for the holiday break.
