Mocs Basketball Team Battling SoCon Schedule Grind

The UTC men’s basketball team improved to 22-3 on the year with their overtime victory against Mercer on Monday.
That wrapped up three games in five days.
Now you would think the Mocs would get a schedule break right.
Wrong!
With that game on Monday, UTC will now play three straight SoCon games on the road in just six days.
Think Coach McCall is happy.
Wrong!
Said McCall-“John Iamarino, our commissioner, was sitting right behind our bench.(on Monday) I almost tried to grab him and talk to him about that. It’s the schedule that we were given. Everyone as a difficult schedule in our league, but it’s definitely tough.”
UTC will play at Western Carolina on Thursday before traveling to ETSU on Saturday.
