Mocs’ Foreman commits to Stony Brook
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — On of UTC’s star guards Makale Foreman will not wear a Chattanooga Mocs jersey next year.
Foreman announced Tuesday that he is looking to transfer to a new program. This after the Mocs men finished 3-15 in conference last season.
Saturday, Foreman officially committed to Stony Brook University for the 2018-19 season.
I would like to thank God, my parents and family for always supporting me and all schools who showed interest me. With that being said I’m committing to @StonyBrookMBB @JeffBoals @LamarThornton__ #LongLiveBrett pic.twitter.com/1j864QYB1A

In 2017-18, the Mocs guard averaged 10.4 points per game, with 25 steals, 60 assists and 67 rebounds.
Foreman’s transfer marks the fifth big time loss for the struggling Mocs squad. Makinde London has declared for the NBA draft, while Nat Dixon, Rodney Chatman and James Lewis, Jr. will transfer. Dixon leaves the program with his undergraduate degree but will play his final year of eligibility elsewhere.
