Model Trains at Chattanooga Choo Choo

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Even in the age of computers and x-boxes, there’s still something magical about model railroads, and one of the best examples of that age-old tradition is appropriately at the Chattanoooga Choo Choo.

WDEF News 12 Photographer Ashley Henderson took his camera in for some exciting close-ups of the trains making their way through a replica of the Scenic City.

The 8-million dollar renovation planned for the Choo Choo will mean the model train exhibit will have to move to a more prominent location.

That means the railroad club will have to literally rebuild something that took 40 years to create.
