Chef Kate, “I love no-bake cookie’s because it’s good for your kids to get involved in the kitchen, and my version is no refined sugar, it’s got whole oats so it’s actually good for them, and they can get involved and kind of make it their own too, which kids love. Chef Kate, “Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and let it cook for about one minute. Stir in the peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla. Remove from the heat. Add the salt, cocoa powder and oats, stir everything to combine really well.”

no bake cookiesChef Kate, “Drop your dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with sprinkles, coconut, whatever you like, and throw into the refrigerator for about fifteen minutes, until everything’s nice and firm. Bring them out, let them sit for about a minute room temperature, and enjoy.”

Chef Kate, “And so these have been in the refrigerator for about fifteen, twenty minutes, just until they’re nice and firm. And I put coconut on top for the adults, but for kids, sprinkles would be really fun. You can let them kind of pick and choose what they want to put on top.”
