Mom to Mom – Morning Workout

Today, I’m mom to mom. I’ve got a quick morning workout routine for you.

You’ve probably created lots of New Year’s resolutions. Some are looking to get more in shape. Some are just looking to be able to get up early in the morning and start their day regardless of what it is. I’ve got a quick morning workout just for you. Now, I’m not a personal fitness trainer, but I have worked out a lot and they do approve of these quick little workouts. You’re probably not going to lose a ton of weight. This is just simply to help you get your morning going and get your blood going as well. So, what you’re going to want to do is every morning, and it depends on how active you are, so you can start out little or you can start out adding more, but you’re going to want to do 20 jumping jacks. Then you’re going to go to five pushups. Then you’re going to go to 15 squats, 20 crunches, and then five pushups and a 32nd plank, which is I like to put my timer on and just time it.

That’s all you have to do. There are fun little printouts that you can print out online. Put it on your refrigerator so you can memorize it and just do this every morning and you just feel ready to go about your morning. Maybe you don’t need that cup of coffee, maybe you still do, but at least you’re getting your body moving early in the morning. If this works for you, I would love to hear it. Or if you have any other suggestions, please message us up on our Facebook page and we’ll see you on the next Mom to Mom.
