Mom to Mom – No-Bake Cookies

Today on Mom to Mom, we’re making easy, no-bake Reese’s cookies.

My kids always love a good afterschool snack, but I must say, if you’re looking for something healthy, this is not it! But they are so delicious, and they’ll definitely be a hit wherever you take them, whether it’s a party, a family reunion, or just a nice snack to enjoy at home! they’re going to love it.

You’re going to need four cups of Rice Krispies, half a cup of chocolate chips, one fourth cup of sugar, one and one fourth cup of peanut butter, some light corn syrup, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

First, you want to mix your peanut butter with just enough light corn syrup that the peanut butter loses its thickness. Stick that in the microwave for about two minutes, stir it up, then stick it in for another 30 seconds. Once that’s out, you stir that and have everything mixed pretty good.

Then you’re going to take your four cups of Rice Krispies and mix that in as well. Throw the chocolate chips in there while it’s good and hot and stir it all together.

Let the mixture cool for just a few minutes, then take your Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chop those up, and add them to the mixture.

For the last few steps, you want to take the mixture and ball it up into little cookies and put ’em on some wax paper. Let those cool for a little bit, usually about five minutes, and then they’re ready to serve.

It’s easy to do, and you got most of the ingredients right in your house!

Moms, if you have any wonderful ideas, we’d love to hear about it, and we’ll see you on the next Mom to Mom.
