Moon River announces substitute headliner for Saturday

NEEDTOBREATHE will replace CAAMP, which pulled out yesterday

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Organizers of the Moon River Music Festival have announced a replacement headlining act for this weekend.

On Wednesday, the group CAAMP posted on social media that they were cancelling all of the rest of their performances for this year, including this weekend in Chattanooga.

Frontman Taylor Meier said “In the past few months, I have experienced some untimely knocks to my health, and the mental side of things isn’t where it needs to be. I am not well enough to give you my best.”

That sent Moon River scrambling for a new act to fill the headlining slot Saturday night.

They chose the veteran South Carolina group NEEDTOBREATHE.

“Join us in giving a massive thanks to NEEDTOBREATHE for delivering a Moon River miracle and stepping in as your Saturday headliner!”
