Moon River joins Riverbend in taking 2024 hiatus
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Moon River Festival announced their plans for 2024 on Thursday: they are taking the year off.
Moon River will not be gone for good. The festival will return in 2025.
Chattanooga, therefore, will not have a music festival in 2024.
Riverbend previously announced they would be taking the year off as well. Organizers of both festivals say they are taking the year off to make changes and plans for their future.
Moon River Festival typically takes place in the fall each year. The festival has taken place at Coolidge Park the past few years.
In 2023, NEEDTOBREATHE and Hozier headlined Moon River Festival.
