Traffic backed up from Lookout Valley into downtown Chattanooga following a multi-vehicle crash near Mile Marker 172.4.

TDOT says the crash is on I-24 WB in Hamilton County.

The westbound left lane (of 2 lanes) blocked, left shoulder blocked, TDOT says.
