National Labor Relations Board investigating Volkswagen
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A representative for the National Labor Relations Board says they are now investigating seven different charges against Volkswagen.
Three of these have been added within the last week.
They say this is in relation to allegations that Volkswagen has been restricting discussion of unionization including distribution or displays of union materials.
UAW is currently attempting to unionize the Volkswagen Plant for the third time, having failed in 2014 and 2019.
Volkswagen has denied previous allegations of union busting that are still a part of these investigations.
