Native American’s held a memorial service in honor of the fallen servicemen

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF)- Native American’s held a memorial service in honor of  the fallen servicemen.

This comes after July 16th’s attack on Chattanooga that killed one sailor and four marines. 

Ammon Rattler, event organizer, said that veterans are important to the Native American heritage. 

The group went to the Naval Reserve memorial site on Lee Highway and then to the memorial site on Amnicola Highway. 

Rattler Ridge Singers played drums and they sang to remember the fallen.
