Navigate Your Next Hospital Visit with the ErlangerNOW App

This week on Tech Byte, we’ve got a guest from Erlanger, my new friend Adam Schreader! He’s here to tell us about the new ErlangerNOW app that will not only help you with your next appointment, but help you navigate the hospital as well!

According to Adam, ErlangerNOW is Erlanger wrapped up in an application for the very first time ever! Patients will have the ability to navigate the hospital through a very sophisticated wayfinding system, access their MyChart through the application, and much more! In the future, patients will be able to schedule their appointments through the app as well!

Erlanger partnered with Gozio to create their digital wayfinding system. If you have a doctor’s appointment, just say “Take Me There” to your ErlangerNOW app! The app will guide you to the appropriate parking garage, and navigate you through the giant hospital to exactly the right place! Once your appointment ends, the app will take you back to your car!

Erlanger is continuing to work with Gozio to fully integrate the MyChart app. Soon, ErlangerNOW will hopefully become a one-stop shop for patients and visitors!
