New development expects to come to downtown’s Market Street

CHATTANOOGA,Tenn. (WDEF)- The old 215 Market restaurant is exactly where a new multi-purpose development will take shape.

 Kronos Capital says their new project will provide more than 350 jobs to Chattanooga. 

 The new development on Market Street will feature a dining rooftop restaurant, social club, and a state-of-the-art gym. 

 According to Kronos Capital, This development will also bring housing options for Chattanooga Residents. 

The private equity development firm plans luxury retail components as well with what they call three high end international brands.

We reached out to Kronos, but they declined an interview on Thursday.

There is no set date when the development will begin.
