New Hamilton Place technology centralizes online shopping experience

'Inventory Insider' gives shoppers online access to in-stock merchandise

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Hamilton Place Mall has launched “Inventory Insider,” a way for shoppers to search for merchandise in a centralized location.

It allows shoppers to search for retail merchandise by several categories for stores located inside the mall.

Shoppers can search for specific products, categories or certain stores.

Inventory Insider” is located on Hamilton Place’s website under the “products” category.

It includes more than 50 shops inside the mall to shop from.

“We know that the way people shop has changed significantly over the last several years, with research on product availability now being a key part of the customer journey,” said Jason Heymann, senior marketing director of Hamilton Place. “Inventory Insider enhances the mall’s website experience and gives customers a way to browse the merchandise available in store at dozens of Hamilton Place retailers in one convenient location on the mall’s website.”

The technology comes from Adeptmind, a leading technology company that specializes in AI and e-commerce.
