New Mobile App For City Services
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)-The City of Chattanooga launched its new app today.
The Chatt 311 app will help you have easy access to a number of city services, like brush pickup and recycling.
App users will even receive a notification when their reported issue has been resolved.
Mayor Andy Berke stated, “You have a pothole on on your street, you go out take a picture of it on your smart phone, open up chatt 3 1 1 send it in, and it goes directly to the person who is going to fill that pot hole.”
After the announcement, Mayor Berke took a few 311 calls to spread the word about the new app.
This app is not available for Android users, but it will be coming soon.
