According to the Chattanooga Police, officers responded to a report of a person shot.

When arriving, they found two 18-year-old males in a parking lot with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Both individuals were transported by Hamilton County EMS to a local hospital.

Law enforcement confirms that due to conflicting accounts and inconclusive evidence, the case was presented to the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office, which determined there is currently insufficient evidence to charge either individual involved.

This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
