No Injuries Reported Following Semi Truck Fire on I-24
No injuries were reported following a semi truck fire on I-24 at mile marker 158 eastbound, according to the Haletown Volunteer Fire Department (HVFD).
They say when officials arrived on scene, the trailer axles and rear area were fully involved with fire.
The fire was eventually extinguished, and overhaul began, the HVFD said.
No civillians or firefighters were harmed.
Haletown Fire and Rescue was mutual aided by Jasper Fire.
