Noise Complaint Case Against GoDog Dropped
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- A Chattanooga Southside dog kennel business for the time being is done with legal troubles.
A noise complaint case against GoDog has been dropped in Chattanooga City Court.
Neighbors had complained that the noise caused by barking was causing daily disruptions to their lives.
According to neighbors who were at the hearing, the judge in the case said that since a permit had been issued to GoDog, they had the right to operate at their current location on the Southside.
Neighbors say while they’re disappointed with the outcome, they hope GoDog will continue to take steps to mitigate noise.
